Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, complete, with tags attached, and in its original packaging where possible. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending an item back, please start a return request through your customer account or contact us at info@sattve.hu so we can record your request, identify your order, and send you the return instructions. We may be unable to process or accept items sent back without a return request or prior contact.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal or our 30-day return period, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If the item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sattve.hu so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

This is handled separately from a return where the customer has simply changed their mind. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are reviewed as a separate issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items may not always be returnable due to their nature. These may include custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been opened, used, or are no longer sealed after delivery.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us at info@sattve.hu.

Gift cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. Sale items are subject to the same withdrawal and return rules as full-price items, unless the product falls under a legal exception.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal

For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can start a withdrawal request online through your customer account or contact us at info@sattve.hu. After receiving the item, please only handle it to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is your statutory consumer right. The 30-day return period offered by SATTVE is an additional, customer-friendly return period.

For withdrawals, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
